Meadow Pointe 
Homeowners Association

Meadow Pointe III & IV homeowners are required to belong to the Meadow Pointe
Homeowners Association (HOA). Controlled by a Board of Directors, the HOA's
primary function will be to enforce deed restrictions and to oversee and administer
architectural review.

For a more detailed description of the HOA, refer to the Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions for Meadow Pointe, as recorded in the public records of Pasco
County, Florida. A copy of the Declaration is available from your builder, title company,
or Pasco County.
